1.Application

This LED can be used in some common electronic equipment, such as office equipment, communication equipment, house decoration, if the LED is used in some high reliability requirements, such as air transportation, traffic control and medical equipment, must refer to the sales provided information for use.

LED storage environment, temperature does not exceed 30ºC, relative humidity does not exceed 70%. It is recommended that the LED should be used within three months in the original packing box. If the storage time needs to be extended, it is recommended to put it in the drying box with desiccant added, or fill it with nitrogen.

Cleaning
Special care must be taken when cleaning colloids with chemicals, because some chemicals have damage to the surface of colloids and cause fading, such as trichloroethylene, acetone, etc. Available ethanol wipe, dipping, time at room temperature does not exceed 3 minutes.

4.
Pin assembly
(1) must be 2 mm from the colloid to bend the bracket.

(2) Bracket forming must be done with a fixture or by professional personnel.

(3) Scaffold forming must be completed before welding.

(4) The pin and spacing should be consistent with the circuit board when the bracket is formed.

(5) Welding must be carried out at normal temperature. When the LED is normally welded to the PCB board, mechanical pressure on the LED pin should be avoided as far as possible.

When welding, it must be welded below 2mm at the bottom of the colloid. When welding, it should try to avoid impregnating LED colloid. After just welding, it should avoid adding external force on the pin or shaking LED colloid.

6. Driver mode
Current drive mode of the LED
If multiple leds are connected in parallel, it is recommended to use line A and add A current limiting resistor at each LED to ensure that the brightness of the leds is consistent.

7.Esd prevention

The sharp rise of static electricity and current will cause damage to the LED. Please use anti-static devices, such as protective belts and gloves.
